What is your shipping and return policy?

We offer free shipping on orders over $35 USD / $50 CAD (excludes Signature Series and Frames)

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your Good Fortune order, we will make it right with replacement items or full refunds.

Frames are shipped via Opposite Wall with a $10 flat fee and fall under the Opposite Wall shipping and returns policy.

No. US orders are shipped from within the US. This ensures no additional charges when the order is received.

Do you use AI for your puzzle art?

No. All of our puzzle are human-made without the use of AI.

Currently AI technology does not align to our artist-first values.

We started Good Fortune because we wanted to connect at a deeper level with the puzzles we put together.

Are your products eco-friendly?

We are committed to using recycled and/or recyclable materials when possible.

Our Launch Collection and Signature Line of puzzles are made from 100% recycled Eska board and come packaged in a reusable food-safe metal tin.

Our tote bag is made from 100% recycled canvas.

Where are your puzzles made?

Signature Series puzzles are printed, glued and cut in Ontario, Canada using premium 100% recycled Eska board, archival glue and museum-grade inks.

Studio Series puzzles are made-in-China using premium materials.
