If you don't love it, we'll provide a replacement or a full refund.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will make it right as soon as possible.

Lost packages
We will refund or replace items lost in transit including shipping fees. We are not able to refund or replace lost items that have a proof of delivery to the shipping address.

Our US fulfillment partner is unable to receive and process returns. 
Customers wishing to return unopened products will need to cover return shipping to our Canada HQ.

Refunds and replacements
We will notify you once a refund or replacement has been initiated. Refunds go back onto the original payment method within 8 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
