At Good Fortune Puzzle Co., we aim to provide a seamless and transparent shipping experience. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping process:
We offer free shipping to the US* and Canada for orders over $50 USD / $75 CAD (excluding Signature Series and Greeting Card products)
*Does not include Hawaii or Alaska at this time
Shipping Locations
- United States: Shipped from Nevada distribution center for a fast, reliable, tariff-free experience.
- Canada: Ships from our Canadian HQ in Ontario.
- Asia, Australia, and Europe: If you'd like to ship to these locations please reach out directly hi@goodfortunepuzzleco.com
Flat Rate Shipping
Shipments under $50 USD / $75 CAD have flat-rate shipping of $15 in their respective currencies.
Shipping to Hawaii has flat-rate shipping of $35 USD or $25 USD for order over $50 USD
US orders of Signature Series (made in Canada) puzzles have a flat-rate shipping of $25 USD to cover cross-border shipping and admin costs.
Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is processed and the shipping label is created, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada | Standard Shipping: 2 - 5 business days
- United States | Standard Shipping: 2 - 5 business days
- International | Standard Shipping: 5 - 14 business days
Presale orders will ship as soon as inventory is available in the respective regional warehouse.
Estimated delivery times are estimates. Holidays, weather and other factors can impact delivery timelines.
We will promptly inform you if there are any unforeseen delays affecting your delivery.
Signature Series Shipping from Canada
Signature Series puzzles are made in small batches, mostly by hand, in Canada. Orders are shipped from our Canadian HQ and fall under the tariff-free CUSMA agreement. Due to ongoing trade instability, shipments can be sometimes be delayed.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost, please contact us at hi@goodfortunepuzzleco.com, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and make it right.
We are not able to refund or replace lost items that have a proof of delivery to the shipping address.
