When will my gift boxes ship?
Four times a year, timed to each holiday — late January (Lunar New Year), early May (Mother's Day), September (Mid-Autumn Festival), and early December (winter holidays). We ship about two weeks ahead so everything arrives in time.
Can I pause or skip a gift box?
Yes — pause or skip any gift box with one click from your account, no penalty.
Can I swap out a puzzle I don't like?
Yes. You'll preview each gift box before it ships and can swap at least one 504-piece puzzle in your gift box for another design. You'll never be stuck with artwork you don't love.
How do I cancel? Am I locked in?
Quarter-to-Quarter has no commitment — cancel anytime in seconds from your account. The Annual plan runs for the year's four gift boxes; you can still pause, skip, and swap throughout.
If for any reason you'd like to cancel your annual subscription, you will be refunded the remaining amount in store credit.
Is shipping included? Where do you ship?
Free shipping is always included in both subscription options. We currently only ship to the US (excluding Hawaii and Alaska)
How much am I saving?
Each gift box holds $109 of puzzles. On the Annual plan you pay $65 — a 40% saving.
What's the difference between Annual and Quarter-to-Quarter?
Annual ($65 per gift box) is the best value — a full year of gift boxes at 40% off. Billed once a year.
Quarter-to-Quarter ($75 per gift box) is fully flexible with no annual commitment. Billed every 3-months.
What sizes are the puzzles, and what are glue sheets for?
Each gift box has two 504-piece Signature Series puzzles and three 99-piece minis. Glue sheets let you preserve and frame your finished puzzles as keepsakes and are included in each box.
What if a gift box arrives damaged?
We'll replace it, no hassle — and if you don't love your first gift box, we'll make it right.
